Mother Daughter Day at Flower Fields

We spent the entire day at the Flower Fields
(and the outlet mall)

Bea took this really good picture of the Ranunculus.

She is very artistic in her photography.

I took this one of the variety of Pointsettias.

They were in a greenhouse and it was HOT!

This is my favorite one.

There were no bees anywhere in the fields so I was able to get really close without fear of stings.

Our Pets

Peaches and Orion are siblings from the same litter.
I think they were both picks of the litter.
There were 11 puppies so we brought Peaches home a little early
and she is just a little neurotic. Orion is our steady boy.

Henry was a gift.
He was from a feral litter and only 3 weeks old when we got him.
Look at those feet! He was also bottle fed for a little while.

Charlie was rescued at 3 days old.
We bottle fed him and learned about how helpless kittens are when they are born.
He needed to eat every 3 hours until his eyes opened.
Did you know that kittens ears are folded over when they are born?

Welcome to a glimpse of my family

Here we are! My current household!
Four students and a 2yr. old make for a very busy home.
